2Grow partners with 100+ commercial greenhouses that grow crops like tomatoes, cucumbers and bell peppers that are sold in major supermarkets in Belgium, the Netherlands and Europe.
Our unique sensor technology listens directly to plants and detects their needs in real time with high accuracy.
We can detect plants’ negative stress signals multiple days before they are visible to the human eye, and pass on warnings and recommendations to the greenhouse grower.
Over 8 years we have gathered millions of data points from hundreds of greenhouses worldwide.
This enables our AI-powered models and team of agronomists to predict how changes in irrigation, temperature, or climate settings will impact the plant
Our team can therefore give the best advice to the grower about what corrective action to take in their specific greenhouse.
The result: Growers increase their food production, reduce energy and water waste, and prevent costly mistakes.

Your Role
We’re hiring for both junior and senior sales positions. You’ll be supported by an experienced sales team, receive hands-on mentorship, and learn how to understand crop cycles and greenhouse technology.
You won’t just be selling a product - you’ll become a trusted partner for growers across Europe and understand how our tech fits into their daily processes.
From trade shows and in-person visits to strategy calls and demos, you’ll play an essential role in making food production smarter across Europe.
Junior Sales Representative
Manage first conversations with leads and qualify opportunities
Introduce growers to our sensor technology and advisory services
Learn about crop cycles, greenhouse technology, and grower needs
Receive mentorship from experienced salespeople and agronomists
Gradually take ownership of more of the sales cycle over time
Senior Sales Representative
Own your territory and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Advise advanced greenhouse growers, co-ops, and consultants across Europe
Provide data-driven insights to optimize crop strategy and sustainability
Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to internal playbooks
Collaborate closely with the CEO and shape 2Grow’s future growth strategy

Our headquarters is in Ghent, Belgium. Here you’ll find the heart of the 2Grow operation, where our experienced agronomist team receives and analyses data coming from hundreds of greenhouses across Europe and sends out tailored advice to our clients.
Most of our team works hybrid, combining office and home‒based work with occasional visits to clients and greenhouses across Europe.
